In Brazil where the economy is growing at 5% per annum and has a relatively small deficit relative to it's position as being the 9th largest economy in the world. Exports are booming and indeed is currently buying up to 10billion$ worth of debt from the IMF which is currently considering the UK's debt ratings so Brazil is in a much better position than the UK ! Interest Rates have remained at a stable level so this is curing any possible inflation fares and recent Oil discoveries are obviously helping as well as Iron Ore, Uranium, Nickel production.

Access to Brazil can be via either Latin American Funds or BRIC Fund [Brazil, Russia, India, China] or indeed by Single Country Funds such as HSBC Brazil which has grown 128.38% over the last 12 months and averages 29.8% pa which as a single country fund is higher risk but the gains have obviously been higher as well.
